Though young, our founders have over 20 years of technical and business expertise. We have been successful in building solid relationships with several Fortune 500 corporations as well as a deep base of professional systems consultants. We believe that through honesty and integrity, coupled with our broad technical expertise, Sysworks Consulting can continue to successfully match our clients needs with the best consultants available.

Company Profile

At Sysworks Consulting, our principals have extensive on-site consulting experience. This experience gives a unique insight into specific client needs, and gives us the ability to assess the skills and professional goals of our consultants.

Before introducing a consultant to the client for consideration, we provide the consultant with a clear understanding of the client’s needs. We also verify the consultant’s credentials and expertise, and confirm that the consultant is a good match for the clients technical needs and corporate culture. In short, we do not attempt to “force-fit” consultants into roles for our projects which they are not both qualified and interested. This is a key element of our win-win philosophy.

Occasionally, a client may wish to hire a consultant as a regular full-time employee. If this arrangement is desirable from both the client and consultant perspectives, we will support the efforts to convert the consulting relationship to a regular full-time employment relationship after a reasonable amount of time.

Founder, Mark Brozovich, President of Sysworks Consulting

As a Principal Consultant and the President of Sysworks Consulting, Mark is responsible for the overall direction of the company.

Mark is a High Technology Specialist with over 20 years of experience. He founded Sysworks Consulting in Denver Colorado in 1997 after finally deciding to pursue his dream of having his own consulting firm.

Mark brings many years of experience in the information technology arena. He has a broad background in system development, integration, recruiting, and client relationships. Marks experience centers around knowing the technical side, and being an effective communicator on the customer side. He has dealt with several Information Technology individuals on a personal and professional basis in varying IT positions.

Marks clients and assignments have included major corporations such as telecommunications companies, Big Six consulting firms, Qwest Communications, Citibank, Transamerica, Warner Brothers, Unipac Service Corporation, IBM, EDS, and Public Service Company of Colorado (Xcel Energy). Prior to founding Sysworks, Mark was consulting and conducting contract and permanent placement services for Denver and California Corporations.

Mark graduated with a BS in Computer and Management Science from Metropolitan State College in Denver. He is currently enrolled in a Masters of Computer Science at Regis University.
