How does this work?

Sysworks will provide the business or IT talent to meet your organizational needs. We will find, interview, and qualify an experienced contract employee from our network. We will coordinate client interviews, conduct reference checks, and staff manage the employee’s for a contracted period of time. Occasionally, a client may wish to hire a consultant as a regular full-time employee. If this arrangement is desirable from both the client and consultant perspectives, we will support the efforts to convert the consulting relationship to a regular full-time employment relationship after a reasonable amount of time.

Projects

Sysworks Consulting can offer a company a fixed price contract for a specific project. We would assemble and bring in a project team to perform IT consulting, implementation, administration, testing, development, and maintenance of any IT infrastructure.
